About Us:........the SBS centre
The Sustainable Building Support centre is an intermediate organisation that provides exeprtise for the development of Sustainable Buildings. Among these: contracted to analyse design options, develop project briefs, excursions, workshops, international advice or expert support. The (virtual) centre is based in The Netherlands, but operates international. Its main activities are initiated and co-ordinated by Ronald Rovers.
The SBS centre facilitates and combines international activities of a leading group of senior experts in the field of Sustainable Building.
The Expert teams members represent all fields of knowledge in Sustainable Building. They have collected experiences in a range of projects, national and international and were at the roots of many of the leading projects and developments in the Netherlands. Here we are at work In China, for a Ministry of Construction project.
Depending on the kind of activity, it will be organised in co-operation with the Dutch Expert Team, or other organisations that have the specific knowledge or facilities. The SBS-centre can find the suitable expertise for your question within the Dutch SB field, as well as co-ordinate international networks and projects.
Our drive:
Primary target:
To enhance sustainable development of the built environment outside The Netherlands, within the conditions set by local climates and cultures
